The Australian Institute of Fitness is the first and largest provider of fitness qualifications in Australasia. Our mission is to train Warriors against SeDS (Sedentary Death Syndrome). We are looking for a high performing indivdual to join our team as a full time Careers Advisor at our Fortitude Valley campus. In this position you will promote, provide advice on and sell the Institute's training programs and assist our students to get started in a rewarding career within the fitness industry.

A day in the life of an Institute Careers Advisor

  • Exceed monthly targets and key performance indicators

  • Manage inbound and outbound phone enquiries via our world class sales process

  • Conduct face to face presentations and campus tours

  • Record and report on your daily sales activity

  • Assist potential students with their enrolment into the Institute's programs that align with their desired career path

  • Provide advice to potential students about career opportunities in the fitness industry

  • Maintain relationships with students to ensure career opportunities are achieved
